Talk about perfect timing! What else are we going to do with all of this snow?
A friend of mine gave me a great idea that can turn the misery of winter into a family filled event. Today I will share a recipe with you to make “snow” ice cream. That’s right snow! You know that cold fluffy stuff outside that causes bad road conditions and schools to close, can be used as an everyday treat this winter. We made it with our 2 girls and they LOVED and I have to admit I really enjoyed it too!
SNOW ICE CREAM
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar (combine until dissolved)
¼ tsp. vanilla
4 cups CLEAN snow (lol)
Add milk mixture to snow and mix for a few minutes. It will look like there isn’t enough milk, but there is. After a few minutes of mixing, you will have soft ice cream!
